Remodeling, and everything that comes with it.

Whole-home remodels, kitchens, baths and additions are the work we want most. We also handle the decks, the repairs, the clean outs and the yard work around the house. Here is everything we take on.

Home remodeling & renovations01

Home remodeling & renovations

Whole rooms and whole floors, taken down to the studs and built back properly.

A full renovation starts with taking things apart. We open the walls, pull out what is worn out or was never done right, and deal with whatever is hiding behind them before anything goes back in. Then we frame the changes, run the electrical and plumbing rough-in, and close it all back up. From there it is insulation, drywall, trim, doors, flooring and paint until the rooms are finished. We work room by room or floor by floor, and we keep you told what is happening next so you are not guessing.

  • Demolition and haul-away
  • Framing changes and new openings
  • Electrical and plumbing rough-in
  • Insulation, drywall and finish
  • Trim, doors, flooring and paint
Kitchens & baths02

Kitchens & baths

The two rooms that decide whether a house works. Cabinets, tile, fixtures and finish.

These are the two rooms that get used the most and show their age the fastest. We strip the room back, take out the old cabinets and fixtures, and rebuild it around how you actually use the space. Cabinets, counters, tile, plumbing and lights all have to line up, and that is where we spend our time. We set the tile, hang the cabinets, set the vanities and tubs, and finish the trim and paint. It is tight work in a small room, and we treat it that way.

  • Cabinet removal and installation
  • Countertops and backsplash
  • Tile floors and shower surrounds
  • Plumbing and light fixtures
  • Vanities, tubs and shower doors
Room additions03

Room additions

New square footage that looks like it was always part of the house.

An addition starts underground with the foundation and the framing, then works up to a roof that ties into the existing structure. We match the siding, windows and trim so the new space reads as part of the original house instead of something bolted onto the side. Once it is dried in, we finish the inside — insulation, drywall, trim, flooring and paint — and clean up the site, including the final grading around the new work.

  • Foundation and framing
  • Roof tied into the existing structure
  • Siding, windows and trim matched to the house
  • Interior finish and paint
  • Cleanup and final grading
Decks, patios & stairs04

Decks, patios & stairs

Decks, patios, porches and stairs, built to take the weather, not just to look good on day one.

A deck lives or dies on what you cannot see. We dig and pour the footings, frame it solid, and flash it against the house so water goes where it should. Then the decking, stairs and railings go on top. We also build patios and walkways, and we repair decks and stairs that have rotted or pulled loose. The point is something that holds up to the weather, not just something that looks good the day it is finished.

  • Footings and framing
  • Decking, stairs and railings
  • Flashing and water management
  • Patios and walkways
  • Repairs to existing decks and stairs
Repairs & handyman work05

Repairs & handyman work

The list on your fridge. Small jobs welcome — we will come out for one thing.

Not every job is a renovation. A lot of what people need is a punch list: a hole in the drywall, a door that will not latch, trim that came loose, a railing that moves, caulk that has given up. We come out and work through it. We will come for a single item. Small jobs are welcome, and if you have a list, hand it over and we will get through as much of it as we can.

  • Drywall patches and paint touch-ups
  • Doors, trim and hardware
  • Deck and railing repairs
  • Caulking, weatherproofing and seals
  • Small plumbing and electrical fixes
Clean outs & junk removal06

Clean outs & junk removal

Garages, basements, attics and whole houses, emptied and hauled away.

When a garage, basement or attic has filled up, or a whole house needs to be emptied, we clear it out and haul it away. Furniture, appliances, old tools, boxes, and the debris left over from a job — it all goes on the truck. We handle estate and move-out clean outs the same way. Everything gets loaded and taken off site; nothing gets left at the curb for somebody else to deal with.

  • Garages, basements and attics cleared
  • Furniture and appliance removal
  • Debris and construction material hauling
  • Estate and move-out clean outs
  • Loaded up and hauled off, not left at the curb
Landscaping & yard work07

Landscaping & yard work

Beds, mulch, trimming, brush and yard cleanup — the outside of the job.

The outside of a job matters as much as the inside. We edge, weed and mulch the beds, trim the shrubs and small trees, and clear the brush and branches that pile up over a season. After a build, we haul off the leftover material and rough grade the yard back into shape. Where the work tore up the lawn, we repair and seed it. It is usually the last thing done and the first thing people notice.

  • Beds edged, weeded and mulched
  • Shrubs and small trees trimmed
  • Brush, branches and yard waste hauled
  • Yard cleanup and grading after a build
  • Lawn repair and seeding where the work tore it up

Something not on this list?

Ask us anyway. Plenty of the calls we get are people who are not sure their job is big enough to bother a contractor with. It always is.

How we work

A straight line from first call to final walkthrough.

Four steps, and none of them are a surprise.

You call or send the form

Tell us roughly what you want done. A photo of the space helps more than you would think.

We walk the space

We come out, measure, and look at what is actually behind the walls — not just what you can see.

You get a written price

Scope, materials and cost in writing. Free, and there is no obligation to hire us.

We build it and hand it over

One crew on site, a clean site each night, and a walkthrough together before we call it finished.

Not sure it is a job for us?

Ask anyway. We will tell you straight.

Half the calls we get are people who do not know if their project is big enough to bother a contractor with. It always is. Some of them we can fix in an afternoon; some turn into a full renovation. Either way you get an honest answer and a real price, and the estimate costs you nothing.

  • Small repairs and punch-list work welcome
  • We will say so if a cheaper fix would do
  • No job too small to quote
  • We will tell you if it is not something we do
