About us

We have to live with our own work.

Big Boy’s General Contractor Enterprise LLC is a family-run contracting business. We build for people who are going to be living in the result — and we are the ones who have to drive past it.

Who we are

Family run, hands on.

We are not a call center that sells you a kitchen and then hunts for whoever is free that week to build it. When you hire Big Boy’s, you get the people who are actually going to be in your house — and the same ones who will come back if something is not right.

That is the whole idea behind the business. General contracting done properly means somebody takes responsibility for the job as a whole: the plan, the trades, the materials, the schedule and the finish. When those pieces are split across five companies, that is when a renovation turns into a fight. We keep it under one roof.

We take on remodels, room additions, kitchens and baths, decks and stairs, the everyday repairs that keep a house working, clean outs, and the landscaping around it. Some jobs take an afternoon. Some take months. Both get the same answer when you call: we will come look at it, tell you what it takes, and give you a price in writing.

And if a job is not worth doing — if a repair will buy you five more years instead of a full replacement — we will tell you that too. It is your house and your money. We would rather earn the bigger job later by being straight with you now.

How we operate

Four things we do not bend on.

01

The whole job, not a slice of it

We take on the entire project — framing, trades, materials, schedule — so you have one number to call instead of five. When we have to bring in a subcontractor, they work for us and their work is our responsibility.

02

A written number before we start

You know the price before the first tool comes out of the truck. If something changes once we open up a wall, you hear about it that day — not at the end on an invoice.

03

Your house is still your home

People live in the space we are working on. We keep the site swept, the dust contained, and the tools out of the way so your day still works.

04

Our name is on the work

It is on the truck and it is on the job. That is the whole reason we would rather do it properly the first time than come back twice.

Straight answers

Licensed and insured, and we will prove it.

Ask us for our licensing and insurance documents before you sign anything, and we will hand them over — no deflection, no “the office will send that.” You should never hire a contractor who will not show you.

We would also rather answer a question twice than have you guess. If you want to know how something will be built, what a material choice means long-term, or why a price came out where it did, ask us on the walk-through.

Let’s talk about your project.

A free walk-through, an honest answer, and a written price. That is the whole first step.
